The project aimed to develop a unified platform to streamline vendor management, enhance sales processes, and improve the user experience for vendors and buyers. The objective was to create a system where vendors could easily manage their shop listings, sales agents could efficiently onboard new vendors, and admins could ensure accurate and verified listings.

The project delivered a comprehensive solution with three main components:

Vendors can now effortlessly create and manage their listings, featuring detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and special offers, increasing their visibility and buyer engagement. Sales

Sales agents have access to an advanced tool for onboarding vendors, tracking performance, and managing leads efficiently, boosting their productivity and acquisition efforts.

Vendors have their own portal to update shop details and offerings, with changes subject to admin approval to maintain listing accuracy. This ensures that only genuine and verified listings are presented to buyers. The platform has streamlined vendor management, enhanced sales processes, and provided a seamless experience for all users.
