I designed and built a connected hospitality product that takes customers from discovery through booking or ordering, payment, and confirmation, while giving staff the tools to manage what happens next.

Customer experience Progressive steps, clear summaries, time slots, participant counts, payment states, and confirmations keep the journey understandable. The flows cover scheduled activities, takeout, delivery, guest bookings, customer accounts, and embeddable widgets.

Operator experience The admin workspace brings reservations, orders, products, modifiers, upsells, waiting lists, permissions, locations, and live status together. Organisation-specific rules support different businesses without rebuilding each customer journey.

Product design & implementation The work connected brand and interface design with real product logic, including changing availability, slot blockers, payment countdowns, and admin overrides. Built with Nuxt and Firebase.
