This project involved a complete website redesign for Biossance, a sustainable skincare brand, as part of a UX/UI design course. Leveraging Figma, I conducted user research to develop a user persona. This persona informed the creation of detailed wireframes and user flows, ensuring a user-centered design approach.
The Challenge:
The need for a redesign is evident to simplify the user journey, prioritize Biossance's mission, product details, and strategically showcase reviews, ensuring a more seamless and informative online experience.

Research Rationale:
After deeply researching, I have created a persona of a customer whose needs are aligned with the more recent trends in beauty and skincare.
I want to create a website design that immediately shows Farrah that she is in the right place. This must contain elements of natural, cruelty-free, vegan skincare that will match her new lifestyle change as a vegan. Biossance must showcase that her needs are met right away so she does not leave to find another brand. This website will contain a colour palette of natural and neutral tones, as well as minimalistic typography and hierarchy to represent clean and natural beauty.
The Solution:
The solution involves a user-centric redesign for the Biossance website, simplifying navigation, prioritizing product details, and strategically showcasing reviews. This ensures an intuitive and informative experience tailored for those prioritizing ethical beauty choices.
