At Jobilla, a Finnish startup dedicated to revolutionizing the recruitment process, I worked as a Frontend Developer & UX Engineer.

The goal was to create a modern digital recruitment solution that was both engaging and effective in attracting top candidates, while also streamlining the hiring process for HR specialists and ensuring they can quickly and successfully hire the right people.

Actively worked to enhance user experience and ensure visual and functional consistency across the product.

Explored user research and usability testing data to gain insights into the needs and pain points of both recruiters and candidates, as well as the internal team that creates and manages recruitment campaigns.

Developed new features and maintained existing code using technologies such as Vue.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

Collaborated closely with backend developers to integrate frontend functionalities with the backend systems, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.

Worked closely with a diverse, international team, ensuring clear online communication and collaboration across different time zones.

Developed functional improvements and new features for the existing web application, receiving positive feedback from both the internal team and recruiters.

Implemented the newly created company's design system into existing interfaces, enhancing visual and functional consistency across the product.
