Project Overview

I created this 30-second SaaS explainer video concept for Deed, an AI-powered transaction coordinator for real estate teams.

The challenge was simple: How do you explain a complex SaaS product quickly without overwhelming potential customers with features?

I approached the video as a product story rather than a traditional software walkthrough:

The problem → The product → The outcome.

The final concept combines realistic AI-generated footage, product UI demonstrations, screen-recording-style sequences, motion graphics, captions, voiceover, sound design, and polished video editing to communicate Deed's value in just 30 seconds.

The Problem

Real estate professionals manage multiple moving parts during every transaction — documents, deadlines, inspections, communication, tasks, and follow-ups.

For a SaaS company like Deed, simply showing the dashboard isn't enough.

Potential customers need to understand why the product matters and how it makes their work easier.

My Approach

I designed the explainer around three stages:

1. Show the pain point

A busy real estate workflow establishes the problem immediately.

2. Introduce the product

The video transitions into Deed's interface, using UI-focused visuals and motion graphics to demonstrate how an AI transaction coordinator could organize tasks, documents, deadlines, and workflows.

3. Show the outcome

Instead of ending on features, the story returns to the customer: less administrative chaos, better organization, and more time to focus on clients and closing deals.
