About the project
We tested field-relevant levels of neonicotinoid insecticides on monarch butterflies and found that adult monarchs are more tolerant to neonicotinoids than initially thought and more tolerant than bees. These findings have informed future work and laid groundwork for methods. Analyses were conducted in R, and included PCA, multiple linear regressions, along with exploratory data analysis.
