The goal was to create a clean, reliable, and highly intuitive interface that streamlines daily operations while reducing manual work.

The CRM centralizes booking information, guest messages, maintenance tasks, property data, and automated workflows into a single, easy-to-navigate system. AI assistance helps landlords draft replies, manage inquiries, and handle repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy — improving response times and overall guest satisfaction.

Built in Figma, the design focuses on clarity, modern visuals, and efficient UX patterns. A scalable component library, responsive layouts, and clear information hierarchy ensure consistency across the web app and future product expansions.
