Companies in the Home Improvement space—especially those in specialized verticals like Smart Glass—need precision when it comes to paid media. I've been personally involved in managing and optimizing campaigns for brands like Smart Glass Technologies, where our focus was clear: reduce acquisition cost and build a unified strategy that supports long-term growth.
The Challenge: The client operated in 14 US states, each with its own website, ad account, and separate Google campaigns. Their CPL was high, and performance fragmented. My goal was to bring everything under one system—efficient, scalable, and easy to optimize.

Consolidated 14 separate websites into a single main domain with localized landing pages for each state
Unified ad accounts into one centralized structure and launched campaigns progressively to control performance impact
Restructured campaigns and optimized content, targeting, and bidding strategies to lower CPL
