I was brought in to design these "45" record" labels - they're actually CD's of a playlist curated by Jeff Beacher, the show's founder.  

They were elements of a bigger project that another designer worked on, which was a personally delivered invite to VIP guests. It included a big storybook with the center part cut out to house several swag items, including these CDs. 

The storybook represented the secret entry passageway to the club that was disguised as a bookcase (pictured below along with other photos of the club and hotel).
