• Project: Cryptocurrency app that allows buying, selling and managing crypto assets as part of one of the biggest Dutch crypto trading platforms.

• Technologies: Dart, Flutter, REST/JSON API, ScopedModel, SQLite, SharedPreferences, Custom plugins, Firebase, Git

• Accomplishments: Collaborated with a team of 4 other Flutter developers using Scrum/Agile framework. Building new features and maintaining the existing codebase. Led the initiative to refactor old code and change state management from ScopedModel to BLoC. Researched new libraries, conducted trial & error experiments through spike tasks. Developed two custom plugins in order to reuse existing Android/iOS native third party SDKs. Improved user experience by adding offline data persistence using SQLite.

• Project outcomes: The company was able to consistently launch updates with new features and quality improvements every two weeks in a predictable and timely manner. In one year the percentage of the users that used mobile devices to trade, compared with the web part of the system, increased from 20% to 80%. Two thirds of the company's revenue comes from 150k+ active mobile users.
