Trendex HR Management Dashboard Design

We designed a modern HR management dashboard for Trendex with a focus on real-time metrics, clear data visualization, and streamlined workflows. The goal was to provide HR teams with an intuitive tool to monitor employee performance, attendance, and engagement all in one place.

Our role included UI/UX design, interaction design, and animation. Starting from user research, we created wireframes and then developed a clean, responsive interface in Figma. The dashboard features interactive charts, task tracking modules, and customizable quick actions, making complex data easier to understand and act upon.

The final result helped HR managers save time on manual reporting while improving decision-making with data presented in a simple, actionable format.
