1. Matchmoving & Camera Stabilization

Used Mocha to track real-world camera motion

Imported data into Nuke to match projection camera movement

Cleaned up jitter or handheld shakes where needed

2. Projection & Environment Integration

Used Project3D and Card3D systems in Nuke to build 2.5D scenes from stills or renders

Extended the real plate using stylized CGI assets and matte-painted backgrounds

Matched lighting, grain, and fog layers for seamless blending

3. Transition Design

Designed wipe or morph-style transitions between real and CGI layers

Used edge blending, directional blur, and distortion nodes to soften the handoff

Added motion triggers (camera push, parallax shift) to hide cuts and unify feel

4. Final Polish

Color-matched real plate and CGI to unify tone

Added lens flares, DOF, fog passes, and subtle chromatic aberration

Final composite rendered in 16-bit EXR pipeline for maximum grading flexibility

Optimized for short-form content (Instagram, reels, music videos)
