Optima Technology Zone – IT Tower Website

The client
Optima Technology Zone is a 25-storey IT and corporate tower in Pakistan, listed under the Special Technology Zones Authority. The site has to win over two audiences at once: tech companies looking for office space and investors following the project.
What I did
Designed the site in Figma, then built it in WordPress with Elementor
Sections for features and amenities, IT and tech systems, STZA incentives, location and gallery
Leasing and contact enquiries within easy reach on every page
A construction updates section the client keeps current without a developer
Responsive layouts for investors and tenants browsing on their phones
