Zynolabs Website & Positioning Role: Brand strategist, lead designer & Framer developerDuration: 6 weeks
I redesigned Zynolabs’ site to stop sounding like another AI tool vendor and start reading like a systems architecture firm. The brief: position Intelligence Core™ as a durable operational layer for enterprise buyers (CTO/CISO/boards), improve mobile scannability, and deliver a live Framer site that sells audits and high-trust engagements.

The brief (what they needed)

Zynolabs wanted a website that:
Communicated an unfair advantage: systems architecture, not prompt-hacking or template work.
Reassured security-conscious buyers (data sovereignty, zero-trust, no lock-in).
Converted executive visitors into strategy audit conversations.
Was fast, scannable on mobile, and easy to update via CMS.

My approach (strategy + design thinking)

Audience-first positioning — Every headline, section, and CTA was written for CTOs/CISOs and executive operators. H1 avoids AI jargon; H2 and supporting copy use AI only where it reinforces architectural value.
Architecture narrative — I centered the site around two proprietary concepts (Intellicore™ and RootLogic™) so the message reads like infrastructure, not a feature list.
Security as a selling point — Rewrote the security section into “Secure by Design” language (zero-trust, sovereignty, guardrails) and reinforced it visually with a glyph animation keyed to a succinct technical word.
Scannability & mobile-first — Reduced long paragraphs, broke content into micro-headlines and checklists, and prioritized the audit CTA above the fold.
Systems-first IA — Built a CMS schema tailored to high-stake case studies: role, sector, objective, outcomes, timeline, tech, and impact metrics. This turns project pages into proof of capability, not mere showpieces.

What I delivered

Brand messaging and site copy (audience-focused, outcome driven).
Information architecture and content model (CMS fields for strategic case studies).
Visual design: layout, icons, blueprint-style diagrams, and a security glyph animation.
Full Framer build (responsive, accessible, CMS-driven) and live publish.
Conversion funnel: audit CTA, use-case pages, FAQ for C-suite objections.
Handoff docs + async Loom walkthroughs for the team to maintain content and CMS.
Custom OpenGL Animation for Intellicore

Key sections & why they matter

Hero (no AI in H1) — Opens with architecture-first positioning to disqualify tool-seekers and attract strategic buyers.
What We Build — Checkmarked outcomes (agents, orchestrators, knowledge platforms) to show practical impact.
How We Work — Replaced “How” with “Our Systems Method” to emphasize design-before-build and governance.
Secure by Design — Technical, succinct bullets that address CISO thresholds: authentication, ownership, audit trails, failover.
FAQ — Executive-friendly answers: scope, delivery cadence, handoff model (train internal operators + optional retainer).

Tools & tech

Framer • Figma • Loom (handoff) • CMS-driven content

Result (what the site does now)

A clear, differentiated positioning that reads like infrastructure rather than a toolkit.
Mobile-first copy and layout for faster executive scanning.
CMS structure that turns case studies into decision-making proof points.
A published website that drives strategy-audit conversations rather than inbound template enquiries.
