Trucks&Trailers tracking tool

This case study chronicles the transformation of a complex, backend engineer-built truck and trailer tracking tool into a user-centered logistics product. The project refocused the unusable, backend-driven interface around the mental models of traffic planners and traffic managers. Through research, information architecture, and interface redesign, the data-heavy system became a clear, intuitive tool supporting fast, confident decision-making.
