Based on user research, the majority of Captain's customers interact via mobile devices, leading me to implement a mobile-first design strategy.

Deliverables/Outcome
All designs were handed off to development, and the new targeted flows, combined with marketing efforts, reduced the cost per sign-up from $150 to $7.
