In November 2023, a cosmetics brand partnered with our emerging paid ads agency with a bold objective – to propel their revenue growth significantly. 
Despite initial efforts in paid advertising, the brand faced challenges in scaling their operations effectively and achieving substantial growth in the competitive cosmetics market.
Challenge:
The brand's aspiration went beyond establishing a mere market presence. Their goal was to increase their revenue and achieve a stable growth. 
The cosmetics brand's product range, priced between €40 to €60, catered to a discerning customer base.
Approach: 
We recognized that building upon a strong foundation was paramount for success. 
In lieu of hastily launching advertising campaigns, our journey began with a deep exploration of the brand's essence. We delved into understanding their core values, objectives, and, most importantly, their target audience.
Comprehensive Market Research:
The foundation of our strategy rested on cracking the code of effective market research. 
Our team conducted a comprehensive analysis of the cosmetics industry, dissecting trends, customer preferences, and pain points.

- Occasional 1-2 Sales Campaigns
- Advantage + Shopping Campaign
- And, our evergreen DABA campaign infused with Advantage+ Shopping Campaign.
The DABA campaign continued to run successfully since January without interruption, effectively and the best part about it is that it does both prospecting and retargeting.
With this account structure, we strategically scaled the budget when needed.

Acknowledging the influential power of strategic partnerships, the brand joined forces with niche influencers from the fashion and e-commerce realms.

Our collaboration extended to the client's Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team, working hand in hand to enhance the landing page's Conversion Rate (CVR).
