Businesses often struggle to convince users to download an app just to complete a survey. At the time, AWS Amplify's poor web support, combined with a lack of standardization in our codebase, made it difficult to provide a seamless experience on the web, resulting in compatibility issues, poor maintainability, and a 25% increase in user churn. To address these challenges, I led an initiative to adopt Clean Architecture, which significantly improved compatibility and maintainability, ultimately reducing churn by 15% and enhancing user satisfaction.
