Advance Commerce — Brand Identity for a Leading E-commerce Consultancy in Sweden.
Project Scope
Brand identity, logo design, web design & development (Webflow), application system integration, social media assets, print collateral.
The Challenge
Advance Commerce is a consultancy that works with some of Sweden’s biggest e-commerce brands. Their problem wasn’t attracting clients — it was attracting top-tier consultants to join their team.
Their previous brand identity didn’t reflect the high-caliber, cutting-edge work they do. Nor did it communicate the elevated lifestyle, benefits, and culture that employees enjoy. They needed an identity that would resonate with skilled developers, UX specialists, and e-commerce strategists — and make them feel like this was the place to be.
The Solution
We created a bold, contemporary brand that challenges the stereotypical tech aesthetic.
Typography: A commanding, serif typeface for headlines sets a confident tone — unexpected in the tech world, and all the more striking because of it. This was paired with a sleek sans-serif for body text and a monospaced font for technical details, subtly evoking code environments.
Logo: Inspired by the > symbol common in coding, the logo uses four of these arrows pointing toward the center — symbolizing the unity and shared purpose of the team. I created a modular system with variations of the mark to allow playful use across platforms.
Color Palette: We used a neutral base of black, warm grays, and earth tones, contrasted with a high-intensity electric blue to grab attention where it matters — particularly in calls to action and interactive elements.
Web & Application Flow
The website’s primary goal was recruitment. Beyond design, I built a fully functional application flow directly in Webflow — seamlessly integrated with Notion for backend applicant tracking. The experience is smooth for both applicants and the hiring team.
Supporting Materials
To amplify their reach, I created a suite of branded social media templates and digital ad assets for use across multiple platforms. These were designed to communicate both professionalism and personality.
Offline, I also developed business cards and print materials for use at recruitment events and trade venues — maintaining the same cohesive, high-end brand feel.
Result
