KIT & EMAIL AUTOMATION

KIT & EMAIL AUTOMATIONHigh-Conversion Kit Email Automation Sequence

This project involved designing, structuring, and deploying an advanced automated email sequence within Kit (formerly ConvertKit) for an e-commerce clothing brand. The objective was to build a hands-off, highly personalized revenue engine that nurtures new subscribers, drives first-time purchases, and maximizes customer lifetime value.

Strategic Workflow & Architecture

Behavior-Based Triggers: The automation is initiated instantly when a user interacts with high-intent touchpoints (e.g., site pop-ups, lead magnets, or checkout abandonment).
Advanced Segmentation & Tagging: Implemented conditional routing within Kit. Subscribers are automatically tagged based on their entry source and behavior, ensuring they receive tailored product recommendations rather than generic blasts.
Liquid Personalization: Dynamically injected subscriber names, regional preferences, and tailored content blocks to maximize engagement and make the automated outreach feel entirely human and personalized.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Built-in split testing for subject lines and delivery timing to isolate the highest-performing variables and continuously lift open and click-through rates.

Design & UX Implementation

Editorial Visual Hierarchy: Moving away from rigid, text-heavy templates, the emails utilize a clean, image-forward layout that mimics a premium digital lookbook.
Mobile-First Responsiveness: Engineered specifically for thumb-navigation, featuring single-column stacks, generous padding, and high-contrast CTA buttons placed strategically above and below the fold.
Deliverability Optimization: Balanced rich imagery with clean, lightweight HTML coding and optimized plain-text fallbacks to guarantee high inbox placement and bypass the promotions tab.
