AI Operations Assistant for Small Businesses (Anything)
This project demonstrates how Anything can be used to create a centralized AI-powered workspace that helps small businesses manage daily operations without relying on multiple disconnected tools.
The goal was to replace manual spreadsheets and scattered workflows with a single AI assistant that organizes data, answers operational questions, and produces clear summaries for decision-making.
Problem
Small businesses often struggle with:
Manual lead tracking
Scattered task lists
No clear project visibility
Time wasted compiling reports
Most teams don’t need complex software, they need clarity and automation.
Solution
I built an AI Operations Assistant using Anything that acts as a single source of truth for daily operations.
The assistant helps:
Organize incoming leads
Track tasks and project status
Answer operational questions
Generate summaries and reports
Suggest next actions
All within one AI-driven workspace.
What I Built
Using Anything, I created an assistant that can:
Capture and organize leads (name, email, source, status, priority)
Track tasks by status (To Do, In Progress, Completed)
Identify overdue tasks and stalled projects
Generate weekly and daily summaries in plain language
Answer questions like:
“Which leads need follow-up today?”
“What tasks are overdue?”
“What should I focus on next?”
