We are creating a new app to help people find

coffee houses near them, pre-order for delivery

or pickup, order coffee and schedule a table at

a chosen coffee house.

The problem:

● to figure out if finding, preordering for individuals and group orders and ordering an order is easy for users to do. We’d like to understand what specific challenges the users might face in the ordering, scheduling, and paying processes and how we can help fix these problems.

The impact of our designs is evident in the enhanced usability and user experience of the travel planning application. As one of our study participants noted, "The changes in the app make everything so much smoother and user-friendly. It's like the app understands what I need."

What I learned:

Throughout the project, I gained valuable insights into the iterative process of designing and refining a user-centred application. From conducting usability studies and analyzing user feedback to identifying pain points and formulating targeted improvements, I learned the significance of empathy-driven design and the art of translating user needs into practical solutions. This experience highlighted the importance of continuous testing and iteration to create an app that not only meets user expectations but also exceeds them by delivering a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
