Located in Wales, the Bible College of Wales (BCW) Heritage Centre (HC) was established to honor the life, ministry, and legacy of Mr. Rees Howells, the founder of BCW.
This place receives many visitors across different nations to learn about the influence and history that Mr. Rees Howells has achieved.
To bring people a better experience of the HC, my team & I conceptualised the tour experience and key collaterals (audio & design) with three main goals:
Streamline internal operations
Increase visitor capacity
Maintain the overall experience integrity
This led to the creation of a self-guided audio-visual tour.
The map was produced after a few rounds of iteration based on user testing & feedback.
Results
20% increase of visitors since the self-guided tour was introduced.
We’ve gotten feedback on the ground that this project eased operational load for the staff onsite, and they mentioned that they could now focus on interacting with visitors better.
