BECIL - Finance Management System

This project encapsulates the comprehensive design and development of a state-of-the-art Financial Management Software tailored for Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL), a prominent Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. The endeavor was spearheaded by me who served as the Lead Developer and Product Development Manager, overseeing the entire lifecycle of the application.

Project Objectives:-

1. Streamlined Financial Operations: The primary objective was to enhance and streamline BECIL's financial operations through the creation of an intuitive, user-friendly software solution.

2. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to government financial regulations and provide robust reporting functionalities to facilitate transparent financial management.

3. User-Centric Design: Prioritize user experience through an intuitive and efficient user interface (UI) design, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for all stakeholders involved in financial processes.

4. Scalability and Adaptability: Develop a scalable solution capable of accommodating future expansions and evolving financial requirements of BECIL.

Key Features:-

1. Dashboard and Reporting Module: A dynamic dashboard offering real-time insights into financial metrics, accompanied by a robust reporting module for generating comprehensive financial reports.

2. Transaction Management: A secure and efficient transaction management system, supporting various financial activities such as invoicing, payments, and budget tracking.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Implement a sophisticated budgeting and forecasting module to assist BECIL in strategic financial planning.

4. Audit Trail and Compliance: Ensure traceability and compliance with a robust audit trail system, providing transparency and accountability in financial transactions.

5. Multi-User Accessibility: Enable multiple user roles with varying levels of access, ensuring that authorized personnel have the right level of control over financial data.

Technological Framework: The software was developed using cutting-edge technologies, ensuring a secure, scalable, and high-performance platform. The technology stack included Angular for the front end and Node.js for the back end. The Mobile Application was developed in Flutter using Dart as the framework.
