Shoporia AI — AI-Powered eCommerce Assistant: Built to help online store owners make faster, smarter decisions. The goal was to design a product that feels simple for beginners but powerful for growing brands Context During my UX research & study I have discovered Shoporia AI have few AI-generated screens inside the admin portal. There was no proper dashboard overview, limited modules, and no defined user journeys. The product was in an experimentation phase, testing AI capabilities without structured flows or a scalable experience.

Redesigning existing modules for clarity and usability

Defining complete user journeys and inner workflows

Designing missing core modules from scratch

Structuring AI interactions so users feel guided, not confused

No central dashboard or analytics overview

Only 1–2 incomplete modules with no inner flows

Missing core SaaS foundations like onboarding, CMS, and entity management
