Uma nova forma dos incorporadores financiarem suas obras e dos investidores terem oportunidades de investimento imobiliário com maiores rentabilidades. A captação de investidores é feita através da tecnologia blockchain e a incorporação é viável sem qualquer interferência do banco.

Verus was born out of João's desire to transform the Real Estate branch with the fundraising platform. A new way for developers to finance their works and for investors to have real estate investment opportunities with greater returns. Investor capture is done through blockchain technology and incorporation is feasible without any interference from the bank.
