"Knotty," a vibrant shoelace startup in India, came to life through a comprehensive brand-building journey. Under the guidance of Drishti Shah, who led the project, I served as the creative force, shaping a distinct identity for Knotty across various touchpoints. Our collaboration ensured that every design element captured the essence of the brand. The logo design, conceptualized by our team, encapsulates Knotty's unique character, while the packaging design, inspired by Californian skies during sunrise, midday, and midnight, reflects the brand's serene yet vibrant personality within a muted 70s color palette. Additionally, all copywriting for Knotty was meticulously crafted by our talented team member, Kiran Galani. The stickers, taking on a playful, handmade approach, feature shoelace-inspired puns, hand-illustrated for a personalized touch. Finally, the web design mirrors Knotty's flowy yet infrastructural vibe, with bright colors complementing the vibrant theme and the shoelaces themselves. Through cohesive design elements and collaborative efforts, Knotty emerges as more than just a shoelace brand, embodying a dynamic blend of Californian cool and the nostalgic charm of the 70s.
