Challenge: Led team in solving an incredibly complex problem in the uncharted mobile territory due to using Apple's undocumented airplay APRs in unintended ways.

Devised and implemented a risk management strategy for a rapid go live; included recruiting key strategic Apple and GoToMeeting customers to join my iOS screen sharing beta. Engaged Apple in our plan, as well as our customers in purchasing licenses.
