Accelerating game & narrative design content creation through AI-assisted tooling

To fully unlock the new JSON-based content system, I designed and built a set of internal development tools using AI-assisted code workflows (Lovable + React).
Working directly at the data layer, I created a map editor, quest builder, and story planning tool that allowed designers to author, iterate, and validate content without engineering support.
By integrating at the JSON level, these tools dramatically reduced iteration time and removed the need for engineers to spend cycles on custom tool development beyond essential backend management. This approach saved hundreds of engineering hours while enabling faster experimentation, higher content throughput, and a more scalable live-service workflow.
