SignFlow is a full-stack job

SignFlow is a full-stack job management system built for solo sign shop owners who are losing time to manual quoting, scheduling, and invoicing.

Built with React, TypeScript, Supabase, and n8n as the automation backbone with Claude API for AI-powered quote generation. The frontend gives owners a Kanban dashboard where jobs move automatically through stages, from client intake to quoted, scheduled, invoiced, and paid, with every stage transition triggering the appropriate email via n8n workflows. Quotes, invoices, and follow-up reminders all send automatically without manual intervention.

Additional features include a calendar view for scheduled jobs, a clients tab tracking lifetime spend and job history per client, and auto-generated PDF invoices. The n8n backend handles all business logic, if a job goes stagnant at any stage, the owner gets an alert automatically.

Built to handle the full job lifecycle with minimal manual input so the owner can focus on the work instead of the admin.
