Built an automated workflow using n8n that processes Shopify order data, updates product inventory in Airtable, and manages post-purchase email sequences. It tracks customer purchases, sends dynamic order confirmations, and automates follow-ups based on delivery status and review sentiment. Tools used: n8n, Shopify, Airtable, OpenAI, Gmail.
This project wasn’t made for a client, just a proof of concept to showcase what's possible.

SignFlow is a full-stack job management system built for solo sign shop owners who are losing time to manual quoting, scheduling, and invoicing.
Built with React, TypeScript, Supabase, and n8n as the automation backbone with Claude API for AI-powered quote generation. The frontend gives owners a Kanban dashboard where jobs move automatically through stages, from client intake to quoted, scheduled, invoiced, and paid, with every stage transition triggering the appropriate email via n8n workflows. Quotes, invoices, and follow-up reminders all send automatically without manual intervention.
Additional features include a calendar view for scheduled jobs, a clients tab tracking lifetime spend and job history per client, and auto-generated PDF invoices. The n8n backend handles all business logic, if a job goes stagnant at any stage, the owner gets an alert automatically.
Built to handle the full job lifecycle with minimal manual input so the owner can focus on the work instead of the admin.

AI-powered article generation pipeline built in n8n. The workflow uses a modular sub-workflow architecture, the top-level flow handles input validation, routing logic, and batch orchestration, while sub-workflows manage individual tasks like research, content generation, and publishing. Built with shared run IDs for logging consistency across all branches, True/False routing for error handling, and per-item processing using n8n's each mode. Currently running in production publishing content automatically to WordPress and multiple Shopify stores simultaneously.
