Aon is a British-American multinational financial services firm that sells a range of risk-mitigation products.

As part of the User Experience Design team, I worked on the design and development of a platform to digitize paperwork processes. In collaboration with an Experienced UX Researcher, we took on the task of solving this recurring problem in Aon with which not only Aon's internal brokers benefit, but also and mainly the brokers of the large insurance sales agencies.
