Overview
Besides micro processors, another source of revenue for Intel are servers, and for that, support engineers are required for clients all over the world. The purpose of this initiative is to provide technical documentation on the palm of their hand to offer support on site with the client and over the phone, as well as providing the clients with a source of technical resources to help them maintain and support their own data centers when the servers present issues or require maintenance.
