A naturopath on Lake Thun, working alone. She needed a page that felt like her practice rather than a clinic, and that she would never have to think about again.
One page, ordered the way a nervous first-time client thinks: what will this feel like, what do you offer, who are you, what happens if I call. The offer list comes before her biography on purpose, because people arrive with a symptom, not with curiosity about her.
The decision I am most sure about was taking something out. There is no booking form. Every call to action goes to one phone number, because her clients want to describe what is wrong before they commit, and she wants to hear it before choosing a treatment. A form would have turned a human conversation into ordering a product.
Three real responsive layouts including tablet, a deliberate type pairing, 24 real photographs, and prices stated plainly on the page. I host and maintain it on an annual agreement.
