Drop In Costa Rica

A family runs five houses and a yoga shala in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. The houses lived as scattered Airbnb listings with no shared face, and every booking paid a platform cut. I gave them one brand, one site, and a booking flow that sends guests direct.
The hard part was El Camino, a house that can be booked whole or split into a loft and a ground floor. Book any one of the three and the others have to close. I prototyped that logic as a custom React calendar embedded in Framer, merging live iCal feeds with seasonal pricing across four rate bands, then shipped it on a maintained property-management system that expresses the same rule. A family business has to keep running when I am not available, and building the custom version is what made the off-the-shelf configuration correct on the first try.
Film shot and cut by me. Photography directed with Lars Biery.
