SAFTEY CAMPAIGN PROJECTS at PT Nikomas Gemilang

For this project, I was hired to design a series of campaign posters for the Sustainability Development department at PT Nikomas Gemilang. The posters focus on raising awareness about health, safety, and environmental issues within the workplace. My approach to design ensures that the message is not only visually engaging but also effectively communicates key information to employees.

Clarity & Simplicity Since these posters serve as informational tools, I prioritize concise and easy-to-read text. Using bold headlines and structured layouts helps employees quickly grasp the core message, even at a glance.

Icons & Illustrations for Quick Understanding Instead of using large text blocks, I incorporate icons, infographics, and illustrations to make the information more engaging and easier to understand. Visual elements help simplify complex topics and ensure that the message sticks.

Consistency & Branding Since the designs are for a corporate campaign, I maintain a consistent visual identity that aligns with PT Nikomas Gemilang’s sustainability initiatives. Logos and branding elements are placed strategically to add credibility and reinforce the company’s commitment to health and safety.

Encouraging Engagement Many posters include clear calls to action, encouraging employees to adopt safe and healthy practices. Whether it’s a checklist, a reminder, or a direct instruction, the design ensures that viewers know what steps to take after reading the poster.

By combining these design principles, I ensure that each campaign is not only informative but also visually appealing, helping PT Nikomas Gemilang communicate its message effectively to employees.
