First of all, we analyzed Peugeot's current CRM emails and enumerated all existing modules of these emails. Then we defined the modules that needed to be redesigned, but also new modules to be created. Quickly, we started to benchmark other brands' emails and modules, and sorted out those we wanted to consider during the procedure of redesign and creation of new modules. Finally, we came up with a new design of Peugeot's CRM emails and applied those new rules to the new CRM emails for Peugeot.
