Designed and built the website for Vinícola Alto dos Ventos, a boutique winery in São Joaquim, in Brazil's Serra Catarinense highlands — one of the country's premier high-altitude wine regions.
The site had to do double duty: work as an immersive brand experience that captures the winery's poetic "wines forged by the wind" identity (each label named after regional winds — Minuano, Ponente, Zonda, Tramontana), while also functioning as a practical storefront driving traffic to their online shop.
Key elements delivered:
Full-bleed video hero and cinematic visual storytelling to set an elevated, sensory-first tone from the first scroll
Rich product showcase system for 18+ wine labels, each with tasting notes, terroir/soil data, alcohol content, serving temperature, food pairing suggestions, and production methods — structured for easy scanning without feeling like a spec sheet
Multi-page architecture covering Shop, Events, Experiences, Gastronomy, the estate Chapel, and the winery's History
Seamless e-commerce handoff — "Comprar" (Buy) CTAs linking each wine directly to its dedicated product page on their online store
WhatsApp integration for direct guest inquiries and event bookings
Newsletter capture for offers and new releases
Fully bilingual-ready structure built in Portuguese for the Brazilian market
The result is a site that feels as premium and atmospheric as the winery itself — elegant enough for wine collectors, structured enough to support real sales and visit bookings.
