MobiCash is a social loyalty marketing platform for local service providers and businesses. With customers earn up to 20% cashback for spending at merchants and can use this cash to make future purchases

Competitor Research
We identified our competitors as Lixiapp, Jamja, Meete… I downloaded these apps to get to know the pros and cons of each of them.
Interview & Personas
Based on the information of our client, we did a UCDC and clarified it with them. We determined 2 target groups, one is Merchant, the other is their customer. Based on this we interviewed those groups and then summarised & built personas.
User Journey Maps
Based on the result of the interview and the personas, we did a User Journey Map to Bgure out touchpoints of the user in order to focus on solving.

Wireflow
We built User flow and Wireflow for User’s mobile app, Staff’s tablet app, and Admin’s web app.

Based on all results of User Research, we sketched a wireframe.

We suggested 2 styles based on the Questionnaire which the client filled in. Then apply the chose style to all interfaces.
