ClickUp Dashboard Development for Wellness Brand

This dashboard was part of a transformation initiative delivered by a change management consultancy in Australia, working with a global wellness brand (under NDA).

The challenge?

Teams and contractors were doing the work, but there was no clear visibility on progress, blockers, or deadlines. Leaders were flooded with updates but still struggling to answer: “Where are we at?” and “What’s holding things up?” I came in to clean the chaos and create clarity.

Using ClickUp, I built a single dashboard that tracked tasks across multiple teams, filtered priorities, flagged blockers automatically, and standardised reporting—all so stakeholders could make faster, smarter decisions. The setup also included automation and view logic to help managers easily spot who or what needed attention.
