I designed a seamless booking and check-in UX for PLAY, a low-cost Icelandic airline, with Mito Digital agency.
BRIEF PLAY began operating transatlantic flights to the US in 2022. In 2021 Q3, their previous booking system no longer met their needs, requiring a customized and user-friendly solution.
CHALLENGE Laying the cornerstone of their new digital platform in under six months—from research to the MVP. Achieving such a feat required the use of an Agile sprint approach.
