Brand Overview

MCB Flower Mart is a family-owned wholesale flower distributor based in Trivandrum, India, with multiple retail outlets. This rebrand aims to establish MCB as a recognizable, trustworthy brand, reflecting both its traditional roots and forward-thinking vision. With plans to expand into a closed-loop production model, the brand seeks to repurpose used flowers into products like incense sticks, scented candles, and even vegan leather, promoting sustainability.

Project Scope

Develop a brand identity that resonates with the local community and embodies the freshness and beauty of flowers.
Create a memorable and visually appealing logo that captures the essence of the flower mart.

Brand Story

Purpose: To establish MCB Flower Mart as a trusted, recognizable brand for floral products in the Trivandrum market and beyond.
Vision: Become an innovative leader in the flower industry, focusing on sustainability and the full cycle of floral products.
Values: Quality, Trust, Sustainability, Community Engagement, and Innovation.

Logo Symbolism:

The MCB Flower Mart logo draws inspiration from Kerala’s traditional kudamulla (jasmine flower) and konkani design motifs. The logo uses repetitive, geometric circular forms to evoke the symmetry and simplicity of traditional floral designs. For added dynamism, the bottom-right petals appear to be gently falling, symbolizing freshness and natural beauty.
