Usability Study
To be prepared for usability study, I made sure a working lo-fi prototype was shared with all the participants. The details of the study were as follows:
Insight Findings
A noteworthy discovery was the participants' strong motivation to actively participate in peer circles. This motivation served as a catalyst for setting more ambitious well-being goals and fostering a sense of accountability when faced with challenges on their well-being journey.
Refining the design
Following the usability study and valuable participant feedback, I further refined the final design mockup. During this process, I made visual enhancements to key elements, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly navigation experience on the home screen
2. The Peer Circle feature stands out as a pivotal component of the app's design. Originally, the concept was to showcase top circles prominently. However, after the usability study, I opted to display suggested groups based on the user's goals and interests, reflecting a more user-centric approach.

Lesson learned
As a student of UX design, working on the MindConnect project provided several valuable lessons:
User-Centric Approach: The project reinforced the importance of a user-centric approach in design. Prioritizing user needs, conducting usability studies, and iterating based on user feedback are fundamental steps in creating successful and engaging digital products.
Effective Communication: Clear communication is crucial, not only within the design team but also when presenting designs to stakeholders. The project taught me the importance of effectively conveying design decisions and user insights to ensure alignment and support from all involved parties.
Adaptability and Iteration: Design is an iterative process, and the project emphasized the need to embrace change and adaptation. Being open to revisions and adjustments based on feedback is essential for continuous improvement.
