There are limited apps that provide one stop solution to manage and handle clients efficiently. Some of the apps had limited functions while others were not easy to use.

An app that makes it easy and enjoyable for fitness professionals to interact with and manage their clients. The app should include features for creating workouts, generating custom diet plans, and facilitating communication.

I conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the needs of my users, who were primarily adult gym instructors with a large number of clients to manage.

The instructors wanted a way to manage their clients more efficiently, personalize their workouts and diet plans, and stay connected with their clients to provide support. This information was essential for designing a product that would meet their needs and solve their problems.

I started drawing the paper wireframes with the thought in mind to have maximum functionality at the homescreen. After iterating the screens, some functions were shortlisted and then made their way to digital wireframes.

As the design process continues, I made sure to base screens based on feedbacks and empathy maps.

Using a low contrast of colors that do not put too much constraint on the user eyes.

Add labels to the icons that can make navigation easy.

Used description for tiles that can be easily identified in a text to speech option.

The main thing I learned was the design process can only be made easy and fun when you make the user the center of everything.

Conduct a usability study to further iterate on the high-fidelity prototype.

Work on how to make the app more accessibility friendly by matching it with the standards of the industry
