Case Study: Le Lick – AI UGC‑Style Backpack Fill Video for Ingredient Transparency Campaign
Client / Project Overview
Client: Le Lick – electrolyte lollipops
Project: AI‑assisted, UGC‑style product video featuring a backpack being filled with multiple Le Lick flavors, anchored by the line:
“These backpacks and actors are fake but the ingredients are real.”
Platform fit: Instagram Reels / Stories, TikTok, and paid social variants.
Brand Story: Le Lick
Le Lick is a new generation electrolyte brand built around a simple idea: hydration should be fun, not boring
Goal
Le Lick needed a high‑trust creative that directly addressed skepticism around “fake” UGC and AI content while reinforcing their core promise: real ingredients, real hydration.
My Role
AI Video Editor & Motion Designer
Responsibilities included:
Structuring the concept around the “fake backpacks, real ingredients” hook.
Coordinating AI‑generated or AI‑assisted visuals (backpack, hand, product placement).
Editing for short‑form retention: tight pacing, clear beats, strong text support.
Adding captions, light motion graphics, and sound design to amplify the transparency message.

Result / Impact
This creative gave Le Lick a transparent, self‑aware ad that leans into AI/constructed visuals while doubling down on what actually matters: real ingredients and functional benefits.
Outcomes:
Provided a trust‑building asset for paid social, especially useful in a category where consumers are skeptical of “too perfect”.
Created a repeatable format: same backpack‑fill concept can be used for new flavors, seasonal drops, or bundle promos.
Strengthened Le Lick’s voice as a brand that’s honest, playful, and not trying to pretend everything is “real life” when it’s not – while still standing behind the product itself.
