As Head of Solutions, I managed the division responsible for innovations working with the CTO of the company. I designed the process for gathering and evaluating ideas for new products and services based on methodologies like Lean Startup, Jobs to be done, and Outcome-Driven Innovation.
Our goal was to create a micro-startup ecosystem within the company to allow new ideas to flow without obstacles. I was deeply involved with each idea by providing coaching, taking part in initiatives, talking with potential clients, helping with validation, etc.
