I led end-to-end redesign of Life Time's on demand video library — a feature used by 800K+ members. The library was scaling rapidly with no navigation structure. I ran user research, competitive analysis, and designed two versions: a no-dev solution using existing components, and a full filter system that shipped with the rebrand.
The briefs were fast and the constraints were real. My job was to design something that worked immediately and could evolve — without waiting for the rebrand to land, but also working with creative when it did.
