KPopSeoulShop is a k-pop apparel shop. They were looking to increase brand awareness on Instagram, but didn't have the bandwidth to manage it on their own.
After working with the brand owner, Cynthia Adinig, I developed a plan to work with influencers in the K-Pop genre on Instagram to generate more brand awareness on that platform.
Over the course of just one year, the account gained 7,000 followers by implementing that community engagement, posting relevant content, and using just the right hashtags.
With the influencer program, I would send products to the influencers we were working with and they would post about them with a dance video or static image, whatever they were comfortable with at the time. The influencer posts always generated the most views/likes.
