About the Company

Project Overview

The goal of this project was to design and develop a clean, trust-building SaaS website that clearly explains Cohorta’s value proposition to publishers and media companies.
The website needed to feel professional, dark, typographic, and enterprise-ready, inspired by brands like Stripe and Segment. The final experience focused on strong messaging, clear content hierarchy, responsive layouts, and a smooth demo request flow.

The Challenge
Cohorta needed a website that could explain a complex B2B SaaS product in a simple, credible, and conversion-focused way.
The challenge was to make the product easy to understand for publishers while keeping the visual style refined and professional. The client specifically wanted a clean, dark, typographic aesthetic—not colorful, casual, or consumer-facing.
The website also needed to be built quickly, with a turnaround of 2 weeks or less, while still maintaining a polished and scalable structure.

Client Goals

Launch a professional SaaS marketing website quickly
Present Cohorta as a credible B2B technology company
Explain the product clearly to publishers and media teams
Encourage visitors to request a demo or pilot
Use a clean, modern, dark visual style
Keep the website mobile-friendly and SEO-ready
Make future copy edits simple and manageable

Project Process

1. Planning & Website Strategy

I started by reviewing the project requirements, target audience, brand direction, and required pages. The website structure was planned to keep the visitor journey simple and focused.

2. UX & Content Structure

The content was organized around clear sections that explain what Cohorta does, who it helps, and why audience data matters for publisher monetization.

3. Visual Design Direction

The design direction focused on a dark SaaS aesthetic, clean typography, strong spacing, and minimal visual noise. The goal was to create a polished look that felt trustworthy and premium.

4. Framer Development

The website was developed in Framer with a responsive layout system, reusable sections, optimized spacing, and clear call-to-action placement.

5. Form & Demo Flow Setup

A contact/request-a-demo flow was set up to help capture qualified inquiries and route submissions to the designated email.

6. SEO & Responsiveness

Basic SEO metadata was added, and the website was tested across desktop, tablet, and mobile to ensure a consistent experience.

7. Handoff & Documentation

Basic documentation was provided so the client could make simple copy updates independently after launch.

The Solution

The final website gives Cohorta a clean and credible online presence that supports its B2B SaaS positioning.
The design uses a dark, professional, typography-first layout to build trust and keep the focus on the product message. The website explains Cohorta’s value clearly, guides visitors toward requesting a demo, and gives the client a scalable foundation for future content updates.

Lessons & Insights

This project reinforced the importance of combining clear messaging, strong visual hierarchy, and simple conversion paths for B2B SaaS websites.
For technical products like audience data platforms, the design should not overcomplicate the experience. A clean structure, professional typography, and focused calls to action can make the product feel more trustworthy, easier to understand, and more valuable to the right audience.
