Booking Agent is a SaaS platform built for venue operators, talent buyers, promoters, and booking agencies. The project was part of an international design contest focused on reimagining the company’s marketing website with a stronger brand identity and a more engaging visual experience.
My submission was selected as the winning entry from 852 submissions, with the redesign serving as the foundation for the next phase of the website.
The Brief
The client wanted the website to move away from the typical SaaS look and feel. Instead of leading with long feature lists, the redesign needed to present Booking Agent as a modern platform built around the day to day experience of running live events.
The first phase included redesigning the Homepage, Pricing, Enterprise, Blog, Contact, and Features Hub, while establishing a visual system that could later scale across more than a dozen additional pages. Â
Homepage
The homepage introduces the platform with a product-first approach.
Rather than overwhelming visitors with technical details, the page highlights the platform through dashboard previews, feature highlights, comparison tables, testimonials, and clear calls to action. The layout gradually introduces the product before leading visitors toward booking a demo.

Enterprise
The Enterprise page expands on the platform’s capabilities for larger organizations.
It combines product previews with feature breakdowns and supporting content to explain how Booking Agent can manage more complex booking operations while maintaining the same visual consistency established on the homepage.

Outcome
The final design presents Booking Agent with a stronger visual identity while making the platform easier to understand through product-focused storytelling and clean, modern layouts. The submission was ultimately selected as the winning entry in Freelancer’s website redesign contest, standing out among 852 submissions.
